Start in this order

  1. AI Video for Beginners, Part 1: Prepare Your First Frame

Start with a photo you took yourself. Choose the aspect ratio, compose a simple scene and plan one movement before generating your first AI video shot.

  2. AI Video for Beginners, Part 2: Generate a Usable Shot

Upload your first frame, describe one camera movement and check the result for distortion and flicker. Improve the shot by changing one condition at a time.

  3. AI Video for Beginners, Part 3: Edit Your First Short Film

Arrange three simple shots, add a readable caption and suitable sound, then check the exported video. Finish your first AI short without elaborate transitions.

If you get stuck

  • Not sure what to film? Start with Part 1 and pick a simple subject.
  • Repeated distortion? Read Part 2: reduce movement and change one condition at a time.
  • Clips won’t come together? Read Part 3: arrange shots before adding captions and sound.

Choosing a tool

Check that your chosen tool supports image-to-video, vertical framing and short clips. Features and prices depend on your account and the current platform settings.

The first goal is to complete the workflow. Use your own or licensed material and follow the platform’s AI-content disclosure rules when publishing.
